Session on December 3, 2019 Through the Hello Friends program initiated by ICF, US Soldiers from the United States Army Garrison-Humphreys (USAG-H) in Pyeongtaek area have the opportunity to volunteer through teaching English to Korean kids with multicultural backgrounds, whose families cannot afford to pay for private lessons fees, within the framework of BOSS (Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers) initiative offering various volunteering opportunities an recreational trips to underprivileged soldiers.
Located within the seaport city of Pyeongtaek, along the western coast of South Korea, and approximately 40 miles south of Seoul, Camp Humphreys is home to the Army's most active airfield in the Pacific and the center of the largest construction and transformation project in the U.S. Department of Defense's history.
